RETURN POLICY
All orders are CUSTOM MADE and are therefore NON-RETURNABLE. Please be sure to measure accurately before placing your order as measuring errors will not be accepted as grounds for returning a product. If you find that you have measured TOO WIDE and wish to get the product shortened, please contact our Customer Service department. This service is available for $25.00 plus return shipping.
Damaged Products:
If you find that your order has been damaged during shipping, please refuse delivery or contact our Customer Service department. A replacement order will be placed for you immediately. Shipping damage must be reported the same day the product is delivered.
